Contact Center Supervisor

UPPCO seeks a Contact Center Supervisor to lead department employees, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and act as a storm coordinator during extended outages.

Minimum and preferred qualifications include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field
5 years working in customer contact/customer service
3 years progressive leadership experience
Experience with utility processes, tariffs, and regulations

Salary up to $60,000/year, based on experience


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
